We are probably best known for our spicier dishes that bring our customers coming back time after time. For example we have been cooking chilli here for thirty years to the same recipe, getting through about 100 lb. a week of prime minced beef. That works out at about 70 tons of the delicious, spicy delicacy since 1976. It must be good!
